Stephen S. Jennings, O. D. has been providing his optometry services in
the Richmond Metro area of VA since June
1979. His caring attitude and technical expertise on the latest eye research and

Optometrists provide a wide range of care, including: Detect and diagnose eye
diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, retinal disorders, lid disorders, and
infections such as conjunctivitis; Prescribe medication to treat eye diseases
and treatment for dry eyes;
Evaluate and treat vision conditions such as nearsightedness, farsightedness,
astigmatism and presbyopia; Removal of superficial foreign objects from the eye; Provide pre- and post-operative care, especially

Doctors of

treatments for eye diseases and disorders. That's why Dr. Jennings has a
non-invasive testing machine at his Lakeside Office that tests for Glaucoma and
other eye diseases. This machine is the newest technology called the GDxVCC. We

We live in a highly visual world. The fact that you are here right now visiting
our website and others that you will browse today should speak to you of the

especially television flash their visual messages at your eyes with their very
bright to sometimes almost blinding flash-bulb like ads. We drive ourselves and
our children to work, school, sports, and endless destinations during the day

Our children now learning by computer stare hour upon hour at a computer screen
